By installing or using Voio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English, not legalese.
By downloading, installing, or using Voio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Eli Elad Cohen, the developer and operator of Voio ("we", "us", or "Voio"), based in Israel.
Voio is a desktop application for Windows that automatically detects text typed on the wrong keyboard language layout and converts it to the intended language in real time. All language detection and conversion logic runs entirely on your device — no keystroke data is ever sent to any server.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Voio. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are using Voio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access Voio's full features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
New users receive a 30-day free trial of Voio Pro with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using Voio beyond the free tier. We will notify you before your trial expires.
After your free trial, continued use of Voio Pro requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is shown at the time of purchase on tryvoio.app and within the application.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at elicohen1000@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.
You agree not to:
Voio operates at the operating system level using a low-level keyboard hook. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and stable operation, you acknowledge that:
If Voio causes an issue with your input experience, please contact us immediately and disable the application from the system tray until the issue is resolved.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The short version: your keystrokes never leave your device. We collect only your account details and, if you opt in, anonymous usage analytics.
Voio and all its components — including the software, design, logo, and brand — are owned by Eli Elad Cohen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voio on your personal devices. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Voio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Voio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that Voio will be compatible with all applications, keyboards, or Windows configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Voio shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Voio and delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use Voio ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of Voio after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Voio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
